Forms

Just like any other organisation we have to confess that there is a certain amount of form filling Undecided  Please remember much of the information is to ensure that a child gets the most from Scouting, or that we make the most of the money that comes to us as either subscriptions or donations.

We do ask that at least one adult in each family submits an occassional helper form as we do operate parent rotas, offer Family Camps etc and are a very active Group!

We will e-mail you as required and explain which form (s) are needed. Simply follow the links on the left to find the forms you have been asked to complete. (please note only registered users will be able to see certain forms, and must be logged in to do so)

In summary we will request a registration form and standing order for each child joining our Scout Group, plus an occasional helper form for at least one adult in each new family joining Scouting or a change of role form (no referees needed on it) where a current occasional helper role is already being undertaken (for example when a family moves into our area from elsewhere and were already helping on a parent rota).

Other forms will be requested in the following circumstances:

a repeat CRB check where the current one through the Scout Association needs replacing (this is a minimum of every 5 years)

an adult application form where the role being taken on is as a leader, section assistant or executive committee member and no current role in the Scout Association is already being undertaken

a change of role form (no referees needed on it) where changing from / adding occassional helper to executive committee member or changing from / adding one leader role to another

a change of role form (referees needed on it) where changing from an occassional helper or executive commitee member to a leader or section assistant role.
